Dragonfly Defender - Cedarwood, Citronella, Lemongrass

Cedarwood oil has a woody scent with an undertone of citrus, balsamic undertones and a camphorous odor. Pencil shavings and fine cigar boxes, which are often manufactured from cedar, are just some of the associated scent descriptors used when talking about this aromatic wood scent.

Our Citronella Essential Oil comes from India and is extracted by steam distillation of the leaves. Citronella Oil has a fresh, powerful, lemony scent with subtle woody notes and is used in a variety of products including aromatherapy, perfumery, soap and other fine toiletries.

Citronella is a tall perennial grass derived from the wild-growing “managrass” found in Sri Lanka. The grass is semi or fully dried before extracting the essential oil through steam distillation.

 Lemongrass essential oil is a pale yellow to amber liquid with a fresh, strong, earthy, lemony scent that blends well with geranium, lavender, rosemary, bergamot, black pepper and thyme.
